Education and Professional Experience
Graduated from the National School of Art (1991) and of the Olga Alonso Vocational Art School, Santa Clara, Villa Clara (1987). Member of the Association of Artists and Writers of Cuba (UNEAC), and of the Hermanos Saiz Association (AHS). Founder of Grupo Punto and of the Proyecto Coordenada Arte Sur.

Ha has made solo shows in Cuba and abroad, standing out among them: Counterpart, Cuban Art Space, Center for Cuban Studies, New York, USA (2009). Latest Things, Galiano Gallery, Havana, Cuba (2006). Awards and Residencies
He has obtained numerous prizes and acknowledgments, among which stand out the Diploma to Art Merit granted by the Higher Institute of Art in 2007, and the Juan Francisco Elso Creation Scholarship of the AHS in 2005.
