José Fuster

Education and Professional Experience
Member of the Association of Writers and Artists of Cuba (UNEAC).
He studied at the Art Trainers School (1963 – 1965) and later started working in the ceramics workshop in Cubanacán.
He has illustrated different publications and participated in numerous international events and symposia.

He has received numerous prizes and mentions, both in Cuba and abroad.
He was decorated with the Distinction for National Culture in 1996.
In 2005 he received the acknowledgment Tropical Gypsy granted by the provinceCity of Havana.
