Alexandre Arrechea

Education and Professional Experience
Graduate of the Higher Institute of Art (ISA) in 1994. Member of the group Los Carpinteros (The Carpenters) for 12 years, until July 4, 2003. Since then he continued his work as an artist all by himself. In his inter-disciplinary work, Alexandre Arrechea reveals a particular interest in the exploration of public and domestic spaces. Transportable City (2000), The Garden of Mistrust (2003-2005) Perpetual Free Entrance (2006) and Mississippi Bucket (2008), are monumentary projects carried out in recent years.
